Originating in the old Perth markets on Wellington Street in 1992. Johnson Meats established a reputation for supplying premium quality beef and lamb throughout Western Australia with unsurpassed consistency and service.

Johnson Meats is proud to supply to 5 star restaurants such as The Globe Hilton, Hyatt, Duxton, Perth Racing and the highly awarded Frasers Restaurant. We offer the same quality service to hospitals, cafes, catering companies and lunch bars throughout our vast state of Western Australia. We supply large venues such as The Perth Convention Centre and Mustard Catering who cater for large events such as AFL, Rugby and other corporate events including the Leeuwin Concerts.

Johnson Meats is a Western Australian owned company that is committed to the Western Australian Meat Industry. Our Beef is sourced from the Cowaramup/Margaret River region where it is either grain fed, or for a few months each Spring pasture fed on the pristine fields of South West W.A. Johnson Meats source European Bred cattle predominately Angus, Limousin, Charolais and Murray Grey. Product that is deemed to be of the highest quality is then selected, graded and aged acording to customer specifications at our processing plant in Midland.

We also purvey a vast range of high quality lamb products sourced from the South West Region of W.A.

Johnson Meats is a HACCP accredited wholesale business. The quality systems that are in place are designed to meet or exceed the requirements of HACCP. We are also audited twice yearly by independent auditors GFSA (Global Food Safety Auditing). Therefore all customers can be assured of product safety and integrity at all times.

Johnson Meats is also Halal Accredited.
